1. Do you ship internationally?
No, we ship only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for major cities (e.g., Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi) and 5–7 business days for remote areas. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
4. How can I place an order?

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Full payment is required at the time of delivery. Other payment options may be available upon request.
7. How do I request a return or refund?

Once approved, your refund will be processed within5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa.
