At Zaiba's Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return & Refund:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

• To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process:
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
