Welcome to Zaiba's Collection. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required before order processing. We accept secure online payment methods as displayed at checkout.

We ship only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Delivery times vary based on location, and estimated delivery will be shared upon order confirmation. Zaiba's Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products. To initiate a return, please email us at contactzabiascollection@gmail.com with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We strive to display product colors and designs accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen displays or lighting during photography. Fabric texture, print placement, and embroidery may vary slightly from the image shown.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Zaiba's Collection shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
