Shipping policy

We ship only within Pakistan and do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, and delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for major cities (e.g., Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi) and 5–7 business days for remote areas. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Zaiba's Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
